Connecticut Chapter Refund Policy (effective 10/1/09)
The American Red Cross reserves the right to cancel a class or any component of a class at any time. Affected enrollees will be re-scheduled or may request a refund.
All course fees are non-refundable. However, an enrollee is permitted to re-schedule a class once without charge up to two business days prior to the original session.
