Do you or someone you know need transportation to medical appointments?

We can help.  The Milford Chapter provides transportation to non-emergency medical appointments Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.  We require 48 hours notice of your appointment.  This service is provided free of charge due to the generous donations of time and money from our community.

  • Are you looking for a meaningful way to spend several hours per week helping others?
  • Would you enjoy helping transport medical patients to doctor's appointments?

Volunteer Driver Requirements

  • Background check

  • Motor Vehicle check

  • Code of Ethics, etc.

  • Driving Test

  • Note from Doctor stating there are no restrictions for the person to drive

  • Adult CPR, First Aid up to date
