KEYS Program

The Greenwich Chapter has begun implementing a leadership program for youth, which is designed to educate, build, and retain a highly motivated corps of young volunteers who will continue to serve their communities throughout their lives.

The Program, entitled

KEYS TO UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL,

 is designed to:

Keep Encouraging Youth

Keep Enabling Youth

Keep Energizing Youth

This experience engages youth and young adults in a process that can teach them to make reasonable choices for themselves. Each participant will be given information about the ways that successful people approach situations. Activities in the program are designed to be informative, insightful, and fun.

The method of teaching this program comes from the work of David C. McClelland, late Harvard University professor of Economics. We plan to offer the program again in the spring of this year. Any young person 13 to 17 years old is welcome to become a participant.

If you would like more information about the KEYS Program or would like to participate, call 203.869.8444 and ask for Youth Services or just click here.
