Red Cross Training Saves Lives!

Take Red Cross training in First Aid, CPR, Automated External Defibrillation (AED) or other lifesaving skills.  You never know when you will need the knowledge that could save a life.  See the chart below for information on choosing the course that's right for you or search our online catalogue.

In order to complete your online registration for a course, you MUST pay by credit card at time of registration. If you are not able to pay by credit card online, please contact our office at 877-287-3327 x400.  We routinely update our class schedule based on demand.  If you are interested in taking a class that isn’t listed today, check back in a few days.

There are more specialized courses in skills such as CPR only, AED only or Standard First Aid, as well as review or challenge courses for those with prior certification. We also offer instructor training, so you can share your skills with others! Check our online catalogue for all our offerings and to register online.

Connecticut Chapter Refund Policy (effective 10/1/09)
The American Red Cross reserves the right to cancel a class or any component of a class at any time. Affected enrollees will be re-scheduled or may request a refund.
All course fees are non-refundable. However, an enrollee is permitted to re-schedule a class once without charge up to two business days prior to the original session. After re-scheduling once, the full fee for the class will be charged again. For cancelations made by an enrollee less than two business days before a class, a $10 re-scheduling fee will be required.
If an enrollee does not show up for his/her class, they will be considered a no show and will forfeit their previous registration fees.
THIS REFUND POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRIVATE OCCUPATION SCHOOL COURSES, INCLUDING CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT OR PHLEBOTOMY/EKG.
Connecticut Chapter Course Certification Policy
To receive the course completion certificate, the participant must:
• Attend all class sessions
• Demonstrate competency in all required skills and scenarios
• Pass the final written exam with a minimum grade of 80 percent on all sections
