Participants will learn the skills and procedures to undertake when initiating Restoring Family Links inquiries, conducting searches for clients in their community, delivering Red Cross Messages and other family news. 

Participants will become familiar with the use of the American Red Cross forms inlcuding the Tracing Inquiry form, the Holocaust/WWII Tracing inquiry form, the Red Cross message form, and with the service delivery direction and guidance, Restoring Family Links: Direction and Guidance for Chapter Caseworkers.

Prerequisites: Participants should have worked through Restoring Family Links: Self-Study Guide, online on CROSSNET as well as the International Red Cross and Red Cresent Movement and the American Red Cross Self Study Guide available on CROSSNET.
