ERVs: Ready, Set, Roll
Length: 6 hours | Course Code: (ARC3068-4)

This basic level Disaster Services Class is to prepare Red Cross workers to operate an Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) and its equipment safely and effectively to meet feeding and other service needs of people affected by disaster. 

Prerequisites: Mass Care Overview (DSMCC200A) and satisfactory DMV report and successful completion of a Defensive Driving Course*.  (please bring MVD report and defenseive driving certification to class.)

*The National Safety Council is pleased to provide American Red Cross employees and volunteers with access to their online defensive driving course. REGISTERING FOR THE COURSE:

  • Each course must be purchased individually.
  • A Login ID and Password will be created to log-in/out of online course.
  • Course cost: $15.95.
