Do you or someone you know need transportation to medical appointments?

We can help.  The New Canaan Chapter provides transportation to non-emergency medical appointments Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.  We require 48 hours notice of your appointment.  This service is provided free of charge due to the generous donations of time and money from our community.
